Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Banana 2 application (the "Service") operated by Kyun Labs ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service & Usage Limits

Banana 2 is an AI-powered photo editor and image generator.

• Usage Limits: We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of images you can edit or generate within a specific time frame to ensure fair usage of our server resources.
• Service Availability: We strive to keep the Service up and running, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content (Strict)

We aim to provide a safe environment for creativity. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the misuse of our AI generation tools.

By using Banana 2, you agree NOT to:

1. Generate Illegal Content: You strictly may not generate, upload, or edit content involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content (NCSC), violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
2. Bypass Safety Filters: Any attempt to use "jailbreaks," adversarial prompts, specific keywords, or technical exploits to bypass our NSFW (Not Safe For Work) filters is strictly prohibited.
3. Harassment: You may not use generated images to harass, bully, or defame others.

Enforcement & Banning:If our systems or moderators detect that you are attempting to bypass NSFW filters or generating prohibited content, your access to Banana 2 will be permanently banned immediately and without warning.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By uploading them, you grant Kyun Labs a temporary, non-exclusive license to process these images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your editing or generation request.
• Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the images you generate using Banana 2.
• Our IP: The Banana 2 brand, logo, interface, and underlying code are the exclusive property of Kyun Labs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
