Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Imposter application (the "Service") operated by Kyun Labs ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service & Accounts

Imposter is a social party game where players try to identify who among them has a different secret word. The game is designed to be played in person with friends, family, or groups.

• Anonymous Usage: The Service does not require you to create a traditional account. We utilize anonymous identifiers (via Firebase) to provide the service and save your preferences and game statistics locally or in the cloud.
• Fair Use: We reserve the right to impose limits on usage to ensure fair access to our server resources.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features, such as access to additional word categories, may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Free Trial: If offered, free trial details (duration and terms) will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: All refund requests and subscription cancellations must be managed directly through your Apple account settings or Google Play. Kyun Labs cannot process direct refunds.

3. User Conduct

We keep things simple. By using Imposter, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
