• Adult Content: If you access, generate, or engage with content designated as "NSFW," "Adult," or "18+," you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Verification: We reserve the right to ask for proof of age. If we discover that a user is under the applicable age limit, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.

2. Description of Service

Kyun Chat is an AI-powered roleplay chat application that allows users to create characters and engage in interactive dialogue.

• Usage Limits: We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of messages or characters you can generate within a specific time frame to ensure fair usage of our server resources.
• Service Availability: We strive to keep the Service up and running, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption.

3. Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Services may be purchased via In-App Purchases (IAP) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These payments are processed securely by the respective platform, not by Kyun Labs directly.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store support. Kyun Labs does not have the ability to process refunds for charges made through these third-party stores.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings.

4. User Conduct & Content Policy

While Kyun Chat allows for open-ended roleplay, including adult themes for users over 18, we maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding illegal and abusive content.
